Robyn, here's what we talked about for Hope Properties. I'll already be in Salt Lake around April 1-2, so I can stay one extra day and fly both of their Utah properties. Since the trip is already happening, there's no charge for flights or my travel time. Hope only covers the shoot day and one hotel night.
About 2 hours of flying at each property, timed for the best light. The two sites are about 40 minutes apart, so both fit in one day.

S Riverdale Rd, Riverdale
A 16,262 sq ft retail center. The aerials show street frontage, parking, access and the busy Riverdale Road corridor.
Both sites sit in controlled airspace (near Salt Lake City International, and near Hill AFB and the Ogden airport). I handle the FAA flight authorizations ahead of time. That's included in both options.
I fly both properties and deliver the best clips, color graded and ready for Laird and Park or Hope to use in listings, the website, or their own edits.
Everything in Option A, plus a finished 60-second video for each property, ready to drop on the website, a listing or social. Each one is cut to licensed music with the property name and address on screen.
